Celebrities Campaigning to Vote Hollywood's biggest personalities have urged people in Los Angeles and others to cast ballots in the weeks and even months before the 2022 elections. This year's elections have seen many in the industry spending time on the ground and on social media highlighting important issues on the ballot at the national, state, and local levels: Everything from abortion access and climate change to voting rights and more. This election has been frequently described as one of the most significant midterms in recent history. Hollywood's politically active celebrities are working with groups and nonprofits that promote voting as a result, and in some cases, they are even endorsing candidates themselves.
